Happy Birthday Canada!
Celebrating its 143rd birthday is the vast, geographically diverse, multicultural and apologetic nation that is Canada.
Canadians are proud to live in one of the most beautiful, bountiful places on earth. Bounded by the Atlantic and Pacific, Canada has it all. From the Rockies, to the Prairies, the Great Lakes and the Maritimes. It has embraced immigrants from all nations, and represents that very hope and new world that the early explorers were searching for a few hundred years back.
The Canadian personality, in its ability to poke fun at itself and stay grounded and frank is what makes Canadians so amiable and respected.
Hockey, beavers and mounties are what we are known for. However, Canadians all know there is so much more to being Canadian.
